Helped slow my hair thinning! These vitamins are terrific! I experienced a lot of hair shedding, and these have really helped. I haven’t noticed my hair getting thicker, but there’s been a tremendous reduction in hair loss. Previously, I took a hair, skin, and nails supplement from the grocery store along with thickening shampoo but saw no results.
